Super Pressure Balloon Flight, September 20, 2015

California Near Space Project (CNSP) launched a Super Pressure Balloon from Silicon Valley California on Sunday, September 20, 2015, flight # CNSP-27; call sign K6RPT-12. This is another one of our SPEED Project missions to push the evolution of efficiency and design. This flight reached a float altitude for two hours and then developed a micro pinhole and descended, ending the flight. This flight was using only solar to power the APRS tracking system.
