Super Pressure Balloon Flight, February 23, 2015

California Near Space Project (CNSP) launched a Super Pressure Balloon from Silicon Valley California on Monday, February 23, 2015, flight # CNSP-22; call sign K6RPT-11. This is another one of our SPEED Project missions to push the evolution of efficiency and design. The flight crossed the US, Atlantic Ocean, English Channel, France and Spain with the last report coming from Greece on February 28, 2015, traveling 8,438 miles. This flight used only solar to power the APRS tracking system.
