California Near Space Project (CNSP) launched a Super Pressure Balloon from Silicon Valley California on Friday, October 2, 2015, flight # CNSP-28; call sign K6RPT-11. This is another one of our SPEED Project missions to push the evolution of efficiency and design. This Super Pressure balloon is testing a seaming technique for reliability. The last report was from Japan on October 17, 2015. The flight was using only solar to power the APRS tracking system.
