California Near Space Project (CNSP) launched a Super Pressure Balloon from Silicon Valley California on Friday, July 17, 2015, flight # CNSP-25; call sign K6RPT-12. This is another one of our SPEED Project missions to push the evolution of efficiency and design. This flight was using only solar to power the APRS tracking system. The flight ended on July 27, 2015 when it encountered a thunderstorm in the Atlantic.
